Terms and Conditions
Delivery
Delivery is a daily charge based on your zip code. We have 2 flat rates: regular LA area, and extended LA area. If you are curious what your rate will be, and to make sure we deliver to your zip code, you can check that on the Shipping Calculator within your shopping cart.
We deliver your meals and snacks between 7pm & 6am daily on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday. Your Saturday delivery will include meals for both Saturday and Sunday. All meal deliveries are guaranteed to arrive by 6am.
Don’t worry, you don’t have to be home to receive the meals and we won’t wake you up. When signing up, you’ll provide any special instructions and the exact location of where we will be leaving your bag each night. Many clients supply us with codes and keys so that we can safely leave their meals in areas where the general public can’t see them.
Your meals are left in an insulated bag, with ice packs that will keep the food cold until you wake up. We recommend you look to see if your bag has been delivered before going to bed. If it has, grab it and put it into your refrigerator. If it hasn’t, don’t worry the ice packs will keep it cool until morning. Just make sure to put your meals into your refrigerator upon waking. Follow our heating instructions to warm them up when you’re ready to enjoy!
Meals are placed in 100% recyclable containers. The rectangular containers used for breakfast, dinner and sometimes lunch are microwave and dishwasher safe. The round lunch salad containers and snacks are not microwaveable. All containers can be recycled in your city’s recycling bin or, even better, reused by you as storage containers.
These bags hold approximately one day of meals. We then add freezer cold packs to the bag and deliver the meals to your home. These black bags and freezer cold packs are property of Wholesome2Go and are to be returned nightly prior to your next delivery. Clients will be charged $15 for each bag unreturned within 7 days of delivery.
Enjoy
At Wholesome2Go, we strive to be as environmentally conscious as possible. The reheating instructions we provide are for a microwave, oven/toaster oven, and stovetop. While we don’t recommend a microwave, we understand that sometimes you just don’t have any other option.
Please don’t be shy about communicating your needs to us. Everything we do is for you. So please let us know how we are doing and how we can better serve you.
Thanks for inviting us into your kitchen! We look forward to hearing how you enjoy our meals.
